Directions to Dr. Smigel's Hilo Office: 136-A Ululani Street

Come up Haili Street from Bayfront passing Sack&Save and turn right, away from the McDonalds on Ululani Street.
The YWCA entrance and swimming pool wall will be on your right.
You'll see Haili Apartments and Low Apartments on your left; turn left just after Low Apartment on a small alley street.
Dr. Smigel's office will be the second house on your right, a yellow 2 story bldg. Please park in front.

The Hawaii Medical Center East is located at the St. Francis Medical Center off of Liliha St. Take the H1 freeway to the Liliha Exit and follow up past Judd. Turn left into the St Francis Medical Center Parking lot.
